Exchange and Return Policy
"Online Store"
We always strive to ensure our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by refunding the value of their purchases or exchanging them for one of our products, subject to the following exchange and return terms and conditions:
- Requesting a refund or exchange for the value of products purchased through the online store within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- The purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, unopened and unused, in their original packaging and in the same original condition as when received.
- The product codes or serial numbers on the packaging must be intact and the packaging must not be damaged.
- Gifts received by the customer with the product at the time of purchase must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition when wishing to exchange or return them.
In the event of a return, and after receiving and verifying the returned product, if the payment was made in cash upon delivery, the value of the order will be refunded as credit to your account in the online store, which you can use later to purchase other products.
If the payment was made via credit card or Mada card, the amount will be refunded to the same account that was used for the purchase, provided that the refund period does not exceed 14 days from the date of payment. After 14 days from the date of payment, it will be impossible to refund the amount to the card, and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account in the online store, which you can use later to purchase other products.
• Loyalty points are non-refundable for orders paid for in full or in part using points, but the value of the paid portion is refunded through one of the payment methods available on the online store.
* Custom blends (made to order) and used products cannot be exchanged or returned. Purchases of blends, perfume oils, incense, and products that are not sealed or packaged with safety seals cannot be exchanged or returned, in order to protect public health and safety.
* The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns, which will be determined and communicated to the customer after receiving the exchange or return request. *
* Delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. *
* International orders sent outside of Saudi Arabia are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. *
Steps for the replacement process:
- Replacement or return requests should be submitted via email to [email protected]
- The order or invoice number is added along with the details of the product or products that are to be returned.
The customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the email to arrange the exchange or return process.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must take clear photos of it immediately upon receipt, showing the packaging and any damage. Keep these photos for future reference. After contacting customer service and providing them with the photos and information, you will need to return the product to the store and receive return instructions. If the damaged product is discarded, it will not be eligible for return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent to the customer at no shipping cost.
If the shipment is received with a shortage or discrepancy, the customer must photograph the shipment as it arrived, both inside and out, and photograph the invoice attached to the order, along with a statement of the missing or discrepancy product. Customer service should be contacted and provided with the photos and information so that the complaint can be addressed. After verification, the missing product will be sent, or the discrepancy will be replaced with the correct product, without the customer incurring any shipping fees.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We look forward to serving you in a way that meets your expectations in providing this service, therefore we hope you will provide us with the following information:
- Clear address to ensure fast delivery.
- The address must include the building, villa or apartment number, in addition to the street name and city.
- The phone number and name of the person concerned must be recorded.
Before submitting your order, you must carefully check the product specifications and agree to abide by the site's terms of use.
We ship orders via our "Home Delivery" service daily, except for Fridays, public holidays, and special occasions, and deliver them within 5 business days from the order confirmation date. Our "Home Delivery" service is door-to-door in most cases; however, we regret that this service may not be available in some instances due to delivery company limitations in certain remote areas or unclear addresses.
Delivery fees
If the order is less than 250 Saudi Riyals, a delivery fee of 25 Saudi Riyals will be charged.
If the amount is more than 250 Saudi Riyals, the customer is exempt from delivery fees.
* If the customer chooses the Islamic payment method, an additional fee of 10 Saudi Riyals will be charged per order. *
