Exchange and Return Policy

"Online Store"

We always ensure that our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by refunding the value of their purchases or exchanging them for one of our products, taking into account the following terms and conditions for exchange and return:

- Request a return or exchange for the value of products purchased through the online store within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

Purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, unopened or unused, in their original packaging, and in the same original condition upon receipt.

- The product codes or serial numbers on the package must be intact and the package must not be damaged.

- It is required that the gifts that the customer received with the product upon purchase be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition when wishing to exchange or return.

In the event of a return, after receiving and verifying the returned product, if the payment was cash on delivery, the order value will be refunded as credit to your account in the online store, which you can use later to purchase other products.

If the payment was made via credit card or Mada card, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made, provided that the return period does not exceed 14 days from the payment date. After 14 days have passed from the payment date, the amount will not be returned to the card and the amount will be refunded as a balance to your account in the online store, which you can use later to purchase other products.

Loyalty points are not refundable for orders paid in whole or in part with points. Rather, the value of the part paid will be refunded using one of the payment methods available on the online store.

* Special blends (which are prepared according to the customer’s request) and used products cannot be exchanged or returned. Purchases of blends, oil perfumes, incense sticks, and products that are not sealed or wrapped in a secure packaging or closure cannot be exchanged or returned in order to preserve public health and safety. *

* The customer bears all shipping costs incurred for exchange and return, and these will be determined and the customer will be notified of them after receiving the exchange or return request. *

*Delivery fees, cash on delivery fees, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.*

* International orders sent outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to exchange or return.*

Steps to make a replacement:

- Replacement or refund requests are submitted via email to [email protected]

The order or invoice number is added with the information about the product or products that you wish to return.

The customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the email to arrange the exchange or return process.


In the event that a damaged or defective product is received, a clear photograph of the product must be taken immediately upon receipt, showing the packaging and damage. The product must be kept for return to the store after contacting customer service and providing them with the photos and information so that the customer can receive return instructions. If the damaged product is disposed of, the return will not be accepted. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement product will be sent to the customer at no shipping cost.


In the event that the shipment is received with a deficiency or discrepancy, the customer must photograph the shipment as it arrived, inside and out, and indicate the missing or different product. Customer service must be contacted and provided with the photos and information so that the complaint can be processed. After verification, the missing product will be sent or the different product will be replaced with the correct product without the customer incurring any shipping fees.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

- Clear address to ensure fast delivery.

The address must include the building, villa or apartment number, in addition to the street name and city.

- The phone number and name of the person concerned must be recorded.

Before submitting your order, you must carefully review the product specifications and agree to abide by the website's terms of use.

  * We ship orders via our "Home Delivery" service daily, except for Fridays, official holidays, and special occasions. We deliver orders within 5 business days from the order confirmation date. In most cases, our "Home Delivery" service is a "door-to-door" service. However, we apologize for not implementing this service in some cases due to the limited availability of the delivery company in some remote areas and the lack of clarity of the address. *

Delivery fees

If the order is less than 250 Saudi Riyals, a delivery fee of 25 Saudi Riyals will be paid.

If the order is more than 250 Saudi Riyals, the customer is exempt from delivery fees.

   * If the customer chooses the payment method at Islam, the customer will bear an additional fee of 10 Saudi riyals for each order.*
